Last summer Goth Daddy and I took the kids to the Science of Marvel Comics exhibit at the LA kids science center by the Coliseum. At the end there was a display of work by various Marvel artists. It was sad to see jack Kirby reduced to just one simple poster.
It was like he was some sort of bit player.
But it should be noted that there were others who saw value in his work.

My grandfather was a Jewish, but our mother never let us to stay in this religion, she said it was hard to be a woman in there....so we saw our grandfather just a few times.
